Tuesday, April 30, 2013I don't believe the economic alarmists who look to profit form sowing fear. There may be slowing in consumption as the economy digests newer technology, resulting in fewer jobs.
In many rural areas, this has happened before and people managed. There will probably be a real credit crisis, but that's at high market levels and will take time to trickle down. When the major countries credit suffers, they will have to adjust expectations.
The major areas of concern are Federal academic debit and lack of tax revenue resulting from higher unemployment. Left unchecked, social discontent will rise over the next twenty years. You may have heard all this before, Government policy is not reacting quickly enough to offset the changes. One thing which we could start to fix would be to move off of a fossil fuel economy to keep oil revenues from leaving the country, there are several others which are massive changes which need to be started now for best effect.
Whether or not you agree with the goals and methods I have proposed to lower taxes, reduce reliance on fossil fuels, engage the workforce and build the middle class. We are facing what people sometimes call psychopaths; they are in our midst and they have a plan. They are discussing ways to "reduce the population" as a solution to the possible economic crisis. They are absolutely serious about their goal and they have the funds if not the consent of the people. I don't wan't to go into their ideas for how to achieve their ends but, providing National Healthcare or increased home ownership is not on their agenda. On the other hand, I have proposed a solution to do just that. FTW
